Wednesday	-Present Skits! -Discuss Cardiovascular System and blood https://www.smm.org/heart/heart/pumping.htm HW Find and record your resting heart rate upon waking in the morning (have for Friday).  Do this before even getting out of bed. Take pulse by counting heart beats upon waking for 10 seconds and then multiply number of beats by 6 to get beats per minute. This is your resting heart rate.
